Factors Impacting Social Discipline among Young People in Ardebil

Social discipline and its consequences play an important role in the society's health, social, youthfulness, security feeling, individual and social compromise; and it leads to formation of civilization and social glory. Human being's social life is dominated by social regulations and norms; and observing these regulations and norms is the most important feature and pillar of every country's culture. When reviewing social issues, the issue of discipline and order, abnormalities and surveillance, and social surveillance has been the prominent topics; and scientific review of social issues has been the main concern of social experts and managers. The present article aims at identifying and prioritizing factors impacting social discipline among young people in Ardebil. The methods utilized in this article are of documentary and survey type. The statistical community of the present article is young people ranging from 15 to 29 in Ardebil. Based on the statistics of Management and Planning Organization, the number of young people of 15-29 in 2011 was 257112.Sampling was made randomly, and dual variables and multivariables are used for analyzing the data. Variance analysis tests and Pearson correlation coefficient are used for analyzing dual-variable analysis; while regression was used for analyzing multi-variables analysis. SPSS15 has been used for analyzing the gathered data in this research.The deductive results indicated that there is significant relationship between independent variables- religious loyalty, social trust, informal and formal (police) social surveillance- and social discipline.
