Review and analysis of the relationship between urban management and sustainable development in historical textures: Case study of Shiraz historical texture with emphasis on providing a functional model consistent with culture and environmental conditions

Sustainable development of the use of environment-friendly and non-polluting technologies is one of the most important methods. Reconstruction and development of historical textiles will help the local community to have a positive look at their own economic development. Old textures represent the city as an important part of the city. Old textures and historical collections in a city are based on a logical connection and linkage, which is one of the characteristics of traditional Iranian architecture. The main objective of this paper is to analyze and analyze the urban texture of the historical textures of Iranian cities, especially the historical context of Shiraz, considering their cultural and environmental conditions for sustainable development. The historical texture of cities and especially the city of Shiraz is very important in such a way that it can be said that the identity of Shiraz is not the villas around Shiraz, but its ancient and historical context; therefore, urban management and sustainable development of the historical context of the city is of great importance.
