segmenting and analyzing customer expectations of agricultural products innsranes found using the model (KANO , FAHP , FTOPSIS)

Insurance of agricultural products is one of the most basic and most effective tools, that farmers can best support the events and natural disasters. Given the importance of insurance in the agricultural sector the purpose of the researche, classification and analysis of customer expectations agricultural products insurance fund in Yazd province, using the model KANO, FAHP and is FTOPSIS, Type analysis is based on objective, functional and based on the method of data collection, research method is descriptive and analytical. The population in this study consisted of two groups, the first group that responded to the questionnaire Kano, all customers Yazd Agricultural Insurance Fund a total of 16780 persons. According to Morgan's table, the sample size has been determined was 375, and was used the simple random sampling method. The second group, who responded to the questionnaire population of binary comparisons and importance of questionnaire, is the experts Yazd Agricultural Insurance Fund. In the end the results showed that option, observance of justice by the insurance fund, the priority is superior to other options.
