Identify Strategies for Promoting the Islamic Model of Iran Progress

The Basic Model of Islamic-Iranian Progress after nearly7 years of continuous scientific research of the Center for Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress. Following the elaboration of this model, the Supreme Leader invited the scientific centers, elites, and scholars to examine the various dimensions of the document and to present advisory opinions to complete and upgrade it. Accordingly, the present study aims to criticize it for developing the basic model. For this purpose, in the study of the future based on the qualitative approach, using thematic analysis approach, an interview was conducted with 43 experts in the field of policy and practice. After coding the interviews, 268 initial concepts were extracted and categorized into 16 organised themes. In order to validate and insert the concepts and issues extracted, five focal group sessions were held with the presence of policy makers and the categories counted in four global themes included the institutional-structural, method, content, and executive-nature of the challenge. Based on the categories, the Center for Islamic Model of Iran, due to structural inadequacies and the lack of appropriate research strategies and methods, has not been able to provide the full and proper content for modeling, especially in area of measures.
