Investigating the Impact of HRM on Performance with the Mediating Role of Sustainable Supply Chain Management

The In this research, the impact of human resources management tools on performance with the role of mediation of sustainable supply chain management in the automotive industry is investigated. To test the hypotheses, the statistical population of the managers and experts of Irankhodro Company was used and the census method was used for sampling. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through content validity, also the Cronbach's alpha coefficients were more than 0.7, indicating the reliability of the questionnaire. Finally, 138 questionnaires were approved for analysis and data analysis with the help of structural equation method with SPSS and IMUS software. The findings show that information technology affects the flexibility of green supply chain management. Knowledge management has an impact on the flexibility of green chain management. The flexibility of green supply chain management has an impact on the agility of the green supply chain. The flexibility of supply chain management has an impact on competitive advantage, and ultimately, the agility of supply chain management has an impact on competitive advantage.
