Analysis and Identification of Factors Affecting the Establishment of Sustainable Security in Solving the Coldrey Dilemma (Case study: Piranshahr, Sardasht, Baneh and Marivan counties)

The main problems in Western Iran's cities are unemployment and unemployment, followed by social and economic problems that increase unemployment, divorce, suicide, false employment (Colbari) and smuggling. The purpose of this study was to measure the deprivation of each city in relation to each other in economic, social, cultural, etc. sectors using the Excel-Quiz software, according to the data of the year (1395) and the identification of key actors and actors Establishing stable security in order to solve the Kolbrie problem using the software Mykmak and Makter. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and method and data collection method based on library resources and questionnaires. The statistical society of this study includes experts and elite aware of the issue of Kulbrie and the cities of Piranshahr, Sardasht, Baneh and Marivan. The results show that the city of Piranshahr has the most deprivation compared to other cities and is located in the next levels of Sardasht, Marivan and Baneh. Also, the most deprivation is the economic and social sectors and the least deprivation are the climate and geographic features. The most strategic variables are among the factors for establishing sustainable security, infrastructure development, increasing the share of border regions funding, creating free trade zones and developing the tourism industry, and the most influential actors in the government, parliament and corps.
