Conduction to Human Resource Process of Defense Organization by Foresight Approach

The main purpose of strategic management is strategic adequacy or coordination between resource and opportunities and value added creation. How of alignment authorship between human resource process and organization objects is head factor in human resource optimum usage and one of chief questions of management. Goal of this research is survey of foresight usage in oriented criterions creation to human resource strategic management for affection increase of human resource activities in achievement to defense organization objects. So, after foresight affection aspects identity in human resource alignment increase by soft systems method, specify how and rate of foresight index affection in research goal achievement by structural equation modeling. By this method usage, determinate path and rate of foresight index affect as threats avoidance, opportunities utilization, effective defense in asymmetric battles, defense technology absorption, defense fraction expansion or brisk, equipment admixing in battles designing and affect situation of equipment concentration on oriented criterions creation for human resource process strategic management and introduce human resource process usage pattern for achievement to objects of defense organization.
