Usually marginal borders are the places where racial, religious and linguistic groups are gathered, and in this regard, the province of Sistan and Baluchestan has special conditions. Last but not least, the geographic location of the province and the presence of a large number of alien nationals have exacerbated the terrorist operations in the province, and ultimately brought about a lack of stability and security challenges for the region of Sistan and Baluchistan and the country.
