It can be said that today, stairs and edges have been one of the most important obstacles and also the most practical link between the two levels. Advantages of stairs-if set aside, they create a major constraint especially for the affected, including the elderly and the disabled. The city of Paveh, with its many attractions, has the potential to be introduced as a tourist attraction in the western part of the country. Therefore, in this research, we have tried to study the opportunities and bottlenecks of this region in terms of development and tourism. The research method of this research is applicable to its subject. An analytical and survey method has been used to analyze the status quo. In this regard, in order to achieve the objectives of this research, data and information were gathered through questionnaires, library and field studies, interviews with people at the county level. Using SPSS software, these data have been analyzed statistically and the opportunities and bottlenecks of physical development and tourism in the field of elevators in the city of Paveh and strategies for their development have been prioritized and presented.
