Determination and Analysis of Service Levels in Villages of Mashhad City Using Vicour Method

Inequality in the use of development opportunities and factors in different regions of the country is an obstacle to development and comprehensive development.Therefore, in the planning and management process of developing countries, the issue of reducing inequality and creating equilibrium in the development of different regions is of great importance.It is clear that the balanced development and balanced development of geographical areas requires careful and comprehensive examination of economic, social, and cultural issues, and a better understanding of the needs of the community and its improvement.The purpose of this article is to examine the status of indicators Demographic, Educational, Economic, Cultural-Religious, Infrastructure, Health-Therapeutic, Commercial-Service, Communication, Transportation, and Political-Administrative The administrative districts of the city of Mashhad and their ranking are in line. In this research, the degree of enjoyment of each area is calculated by using the vikor technique. The results show that based on the model of Wakour, Vahedakan village in 4 dimensions: electricity and gas, health and medicine, commerce, services, communications and transportation, have the highest value and Tus village in 3 dimensions of educational, religious and lateral The Vahedakan village is ranked second.Also, the rural district of the province in 5 dimensions is educational, political and administrative, electricity and gas, health and medicine, business and services are of the least value, and after this village, the village of Karrada in terms of cultural and sporting, religious, and communication and transportation Quotes have the least value.Although the gap between rural districts has decreased in terms of access to various facilities, the rural areas of the city still have a long way to go for balanced and integrated development and access to services.
