Academic Hopefulness, Academic Achievement, and Academic Motivation with the Mediation Role of Academic Optimism among married female students

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between academic hopefullness with academic achievement and academic motivation with the mediation role of academic optimism married students high school in Bafgh city with descriptive method of path analysis. The statistical population consisted of all married female students in high schools that were selected by available sampling method. The data were collected from the mean of the first semester of the study, the academic motivation questionnaire, the Simpson domain specific hope scale, and the students' academic optimism questionnaire were used. The results of path analysis indicate that academic hopefulness has a direct and significant relationship with academic achievement and academic motivation. Educational optimism does not play a mediating role in academic achievement, but has a mediating role with academic motivation. It is concluded that academic hopefulness can directly improve the academic achievement of married female students, and motivation to study in them, according to academic optimism increase directly and indirectly.
