Abstract:
Aims
Influence tactics are ‘‘the tactics used by people at work to influence their superiors, co-workers, and subordinates''.’’ this research introduces mentioned tactics as how superiors communicate with those tactics, for Influencing and changing the attitudes of subordinates by superior or organization, so, Downward communication is emphasized. Materials &
Methods
Research method is a descriptive correlation, and statistical society is nurses in local hospitals in Yazd. In this research, types if communicative organizational tactics are as Predictive variables and interpersonal deviant behaviors are criterion variable. For measuring the Triple communicative tactics, we have used a questionnaire of organizational communication tactics from Yamaguchi (2002).
Results
Calculations indicate that about 00 percent of the variance in the criterion variable (Deviant behavior) predict by predictive variables in this study (i.e., three types of communication tactics). The forecasting share of the hard communication tactics is higher than the rational tactics of communication tactics, and it is higher than soft communications tactics.
Conclusion
Results show that relationship between hard and rational interpersonal communicative tactics with interpersonal deviant behavior is a positive and significant, but relationship soft interpersonal communicative tactic with interpersonal deviant behavior is negative and significant.
