The Role of the International court of Justice in the Security of Countries

Undoubtedly, the route to draw up and complete the international Law, one of the overriding human achievements in the material life, is a process which has been met in many years in regards with the principle of national sovereignty and inherent jurisdiction as the will symbol and the best power. However, nowadays countries face strains and political, administrative, economic, cultural and … challenges in the domain of their own foreign affairs of which some pave the way to enter small or large-scale conflicts and challenges and turn into security threats in various fields. This domain rises linearly, deeply and sometimes crossly in political, cultural, economic, military and … frames. The present study is to answer the questions that what crimes the international court of justice examines and how one may sue a complaint in it? What effects does this court have on the security of countries and what are the consequences to join or not to join this international institution and what are the actions, reactions and concerns of different countries in terms of how to accept and implement international law regulations.
