Identify barriers to research and innovation from the perspective of faculty members (study of Khuzestan Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University)

Identify barriers to research is essential to promote research activities Therefore, this study aimed to identify barriers to research and innovation from the perspective of faculty members of Khuzestan Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources university. The statistical population includes all faculty members of the university (83). The main instrument for data collection was a Researcher made questionnaire. Questionnaire Validity was confirmed by some of faculty members of Khuzestan Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources and its Reliability calculating by Alfa coronbach coefficient (79%). According to the factor analysis test it became clear through factor analysis that, From the perspective of faculty members of the study, A set of factors such as Management -administrative barriers, The policy problems in the field of research and innovation, Finance and infrastructure problems, demographic and cultural problems And finally problems in the field of research and innovation legislation influence the way of doing research and innovation activities. Ranking the factors are derived by factor analysis showed that Among the factors extracted the first three priorities hurdles dedicated to legislative, administrative- management and financial of- infrastructure. Finally, based on the main results offered the suggestions to managers and planners.
