Designing an Optimal Talent Management Model

The purpose of this study was to identify the components of the existing and desirable talent management and the gap between them, designing a pathologic model and optimizing talent management among university lecturers. Talent Management is, in fact, an organization's commitment to hiring, deploying, maintaining and improving the most talented and skilled workforce in the organization, and creating the potential of transforming strength and potential talent into the actual staff at each level of the organization.
