The Relationship between Moral Disorder and Nurses\' Job Performance
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between moral disorder and nurses\' job performance in Kermanshah. The statistical population of this study was all nurses in Kermanshah city (900) who were selected by cluster sampling from all hospitals of Kermanshah in total of 12 hospitals, 5 hospitals under the supervision of Medical University. Using Morgan table, 269 nurses (male and female) were randomly selected. But due to the fall of the sample, 300 people entered the study. The satisfaction of nurses who were willing to cooperate in the study was distributed to the questionnaires of the Hamriek et al. Ethical Disorder Questionnaire and job performance questionnaire. The results showed that moral turmoil can predict nurses\' job performance. Evaluation and recognition of job performance and its relationship with moral turmoil can provide valuable guidance in improving nurses\' job performance.
