The Impact of Reward Strategies on HR Productivity with the Mediating Role of Personnel Team Performance (Case Study: employees of Imam Khomeini Port)
The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of reward strategies on HR productivity with the mediating role of team performance in Imam Khomeini Port. The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-causal and it is quantitative research. The statistical population was Imam Khomeini port employees. The number of these people was 300. Sample size according to Morgan table was determined by 169 people who were selected by simple random method. In this research for data analysis from inferential statistics (normalization test and structural equation model) in the form of software SPSS and smartPLS is used. The results of the hypothesis test showed that social capital-based rewards, market-based rewards, and position-based rewards had a positive effect on both the team's performance of Personnel and HR productivity, while the process-based reward did not affect these two variables. The results also showed that the rewards based on individual results on HR productivity and rewards based on collective results had a positive effect on team performance of personnel. Finally, personnel team performance had a positive effect on the HR productivity, and its mediating role in the impact of social capital-based rewards, market-based rewards, and position-based rewards on productivity was confirmed.
