The effect of twelve weeks aerobic training with supplementation of Rose flower extract on expression of Caspase 9 and Caspase 3 Soleus muscle in male rats

Introduction & Caspases play an important role in the cellular death process, and, on the other hand, Rose also has protective effects in this field. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of rose extract and aerobic exercises on caspase 3 and Soleus muscle genes expression in male rats.
In this experimental study, 50 male Wistar male two months old were randomly divided into five groups (three-month control, exercise, six-month control, rosy extract and exercise + flower extracts) Red). To do this, aerobic exercise groups and aerobic exercises for 5 days a week and for twelve weeks on a treadmill participated in a gradient of 15%. After intervention, aerobic exercises and the use of rosé extract to investigate the effect of aerobic exercises and extract of rose Surgery and specimen extraction for mice were performed on mice. The data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, analysis of variance and Tukey post hoc test at a significant level of 0.5-0.
Caspase 3 and 9 expression in aerobic training groups and extract of roses and combined groups (roses and aerobic exercises) decreased in control group (P <0.05).
According to the results, using aerobic exercises and extract of roses, the amount of apoptosis can be reduced by decreasing the expression of caspase 3 and 9, and slow down the muscle weakness.
