learning as a prediction for entrepreneurship
The purpose of this study was to predict the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship in sport and youth departments in northern Iran through organizational learning capabilities. The present study is descriptive correlational and purpose of applied, and the research method has been survey. Statistical population all managers and assistant managers and experts were responsible for Sport and Youth offices northern Iran(N= 108). Sampling is carried out for all. Validity of the study, 12 people with sports management was approved. The instruments used were Organizational Learning Questionnaire developed by Gomez, et al. (2005), and Organizational Entrepreneurship developed by Bourn, et al.( 2001). Cronbachis Alfe were respectively 0/916 and 0/915. Kolmogorov Smirnov test results, proved the normality of the distributions. Pearson Correlation Coebticients were significant between Organizational Learning and Organizational Entrepreneurship factors. Eventualy, Organizational Learning was, according to Regression Analysis proved to be suitable predictor for Organizational Entrepreneurship. So, accoarding do the results, Organizations shoulde pay attention to development of Organizational Learning in their human resources to have innovative, productive and entrepreneur managers.
