Review of the Implementation of Chapter 10 of law on State service management in Education
Chapter 10 of the State Service Management Law determines the payment system of executive staff based on the evaluation of occupational and occupational factors and other characteristics mentioned in future materials. According to Article 65 of this law, all occupations covered by this law are allocated to one of the classes of the table or the pay of employee according to factors such as the importance and complexity of duties and responsibilities, the level of expertise and skills required. And according to Article 66 of the Act, all employees covered by this law benefit from the privilege of employment on the basis of factors such as education, training and skills, years of service and experience. Considering the independence of each of the factors of the pay to job and the pay to employee in the law, the purpose of this study is to examine the assumption of the correct implementation of this law by examining the relationship between the pay to job and the pay of employment of education personnel by using an analysis of the payment of 58604 people The forces employed in the education of Isfahan province in 2013 are through Spss software. The research findings show that there is a correlation between job pay with an average of 52,38525 rials and a standard deviation of 1322641 and employee pay with an average of 2984411 Rials and a standard deviation of 788943 at the error level (sig=0.001) correlation (r= 0.876). This shows that, at a high level of reliability, there is a direct and large relationship between these two variables. Therefore, in light of the legislator's objective of the independent influence of the abovementioned factors on the payment, it can be concluded that the goal of the legislator has not been achieved during the implementation of the law.
