The Impact of Jihadist Management on Organizational Effectiveness (Case Study, NAJA’s General Inspection)

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Jihadist management on organizational effectiveness. The purpose of research is applied, in terms of collecting data, It is descriptive-survey and correlation. The statistical population consists of 120 senior NAJA inspectors. Sampling was done randomly and according to Krejcie and Morgan (1970), 92 people were considered. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed based on Jihadist management model with structure, behavior and environment dimensions in the 5-degree Likert scale in 43 Items. The Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire is based on the Parsons model and 28 questions in the 5 Likert scale. The questionnaire of Jihadist management was evaluated and approved for content validity and construct validity. The reliability of organizational effectiveness questionnaire based on the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.86 and the reliability of Jihadi's management questionnaire was 0.92. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (frequency, frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation and variance) and multiple regression methods. The results showed that the structure had an impact on the organizational effectiveness of 0/249 and the environment of 0/399. In the meantime, behavioral sequences alone do not have an impact on organizational effectiveness. Also, management factors for God amount to 0/239, Provincial governance of 0/341 (low impact), Flexibility of 0/651, Appropriate organization of 390/0, Satisfaction rate of 401/0, Ethics and religious values of 0/256, The importance of the national capital at 215/0, Self-esteem at a rate of 248/0, Dynamics of 540/0 affects organizational effectiveness. Jihad's management is an effective factor in improving organizational effectiveness and should be considered in its overall use in NAJA’s inspection.
