An evaluation of the indices of intelligent management among commanders and managers of NAJA
In police organizations, intelligence enjoys a unique and important role, because it is only through having access to intelligent qualities that we can manage complicated social phenomena and bring about security and order to the society. It is specially through adopting intelligent management that police organizations can catch up with fast improvements. Such management should be sought among managers and commanders of NAJA. That is why the present study was carried out in order to both explain the components of intelligent management and determine the accessibility of such an administrative method for commanders and managers. It also aims to investigate the relevance of intelligent management to individual and organizational variables. To do this, some components of intelligent management were identified using exploratory research method. Then, a group of managers were chosen and their intelligence was measured using a reliable and valid scale. The findings showed that, firstly, intelligent management consists of four components or major factors, and secondly, the accessibility of the method is different for each manager. Finally, there is a significant relationship between intelligence and individual variables.
