Pathology in designing financial Jobs in NAJA force (based on Hackman and Oldham’s pattern)
he aim of this study is to investigate the pathology in designing financial jobs in police force. In this regard a standard and indigenous Hackman & Oldham questionnaire was distributed among 306 employees of the financial industry who were selected by cluster sampling according to the population dispersion and magnitude of the population. The Reliability of questionnaire using Cronbach’s alpha for the whole scale is 0/722. The results, using the MPS motivational variable in financial affairs, indicate that employees do not consider financial incentives as motivating. Most people believe in the independence and freedom of action in their job. Also, the number of people who believe in the diversity of their jobs is roughly equal to those who do not believe it. Friedman’s test revealed that the most important damage was from the factor of independence, then the variety of skills, the identity of the duty, the importance of the job and, finally, the feedback. The achievements of this study are a very serious warning because of the confirmation that there is a challenge for the future of financial services in the police force. Therefore, it is suggested that the commanders and officials address the problems of this area on the agenda of the relevant authorities.
