the factors affecting managers and commanders' job commitment in NAJA
In order to identify the factors affecting employees' job performance working in FATEB, traffic police and police stations, a sample of 164 students were selected using stratified sampling method. Then using a standard questionnaire and a questionnaire made by the researcher which had sufficient reliability, the employees' job commitment, impact of personality factors, impact of organizational factors, organizational morale, motivation and satisfaction were measured. The data were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results revealed that although both personality factors and organizational factors had significant effect on job commitment, the share of some of personality and organizational factors on the changes in the independent variable (i.e. job commitment) is higher than other factors.
