A Study of the Role of Police Electronic Services in Promoting Organizational Health in NAJA
The study aims to identify and analyze the effect of police electronic services on promoting organizational health and offers solutions for promoting and developing electronic services, training, and culturalization. The study’s population comprised 50 managers and officials (with rankings of 17 and 18) working in specialized police inspection (Rahvar, Agahi, Information and Social security, Prevention, Drug enforcement police, and Fata), inspection of military service organization, and NAJA inspection headquarter, which was an all inclusive selection. Required data were then collected using questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire was tested through extracting Cronbach’s alpha value. Results of the one sample T- test revealed that the sample mean value (43,41) is higher than hypothesized mean value(25). Results also demonstrated that there is a positive correlation (. /852) between development of electronic services and improvement of organizational health, and there is a positive correlation (. /626) between culturalization and training, and organizational health. 87percent of participants put stress on the role of electronic services in improving organizational health, and emphasized culturalization, training, and development of electronic services in order to elevate organizational health.
