Administrative Health Promotion Using a Model of Environmental scanning and Monitoring of the Organization as a Strategic Approach

Abstract:

in this paper, using the theoretical foundations on organizational environment and models in strategic planning and management (using SWOT matrix),a model of environmental scanning and monitoring of organization ispresented to identify and characterize the factors which are "corruption-prone" and "corruptive", whether actual or potential. After reviewing the definitions of corruption (especially administrative corruption) and providing the examples thereof, and explaining organizational environment according to the annual report of Transparency International (TI) organization, the status and rank of the I.R.I. from2003to2013 have been presented with a comparison between the countries. In addition, the use of scanning and monitoring model in organizational environment to identify environmental factors such as, the public, domestic and competitive environment is discussed. Finally, recommendations for health promotion and tackling corruption are presented for Iranian organizations.
