The Characteristics of Performance Appraisal System in NAJA Based on Supreme Leader’s View

Abstract:
In this study concerning the importance of disciplinary force in maintaining discipline and security as an organization which has close relationship with the public, the characteristics of the performance appraisal system according to Supreme Leader’s view have been studied. This paper according to its objective is developing and collects the data through qualitative research based on the content analysis. The content to be analyzed is Supreme Leader’s remarks in 1989-2011. According to the results of the study, the characteristics of the performance appraisal system have been determined and classified in ten groups: performance report, performance supervision, performance feedback, performance effects, self evaluation, the characteristics of evaluation, evaluation practice, the importance of performance evaluation, strategic evaluation, and the characteristics of the evaluator.
