Management System of Comprehensive Strategic Quality to Confront with Police Challenges in 21 Century

One of the obsessions of every organization specially military organizations is the importance of concerning about the quality of service and practices because quality is similar to an obligation that goes for promotion of morale, dignity, integrity of the personnel and on the other hand satisfaction of the public from police service. Therefore quality has been under focus and attention for so many years in police organizations so it is important to provide some strategies in order to improve them. In this article according to features of police force and relevant researches, the pattern of quality management and organizational exaltation in order to be used in NAJA has been evaluated.
Concerning the methodology according to the essence of the article it is descriptive-analytical research. This study by evaluating and analyzing articles, relevant thesis and written sources has collected the necessary data (documents), including library sources, publications, reports, archives, and computerized information.
