Investigating the Relationship between Organizational Learning and Empowerment of NAJA Commanders and Managers
Features of modern organizations include dynamicity and complexity as well as ambiguity and unconventionality. Thus, enjoying empowered and efficient personnel, which are considered as the foundation of national wealth and critical assets at any organization, brings many benefits for organizations, businesses and economic agencies. This article aims to study the relationship between organizational learning and empowerment of NAJA commanders and managers. Research hypotheses are concerned with the relationship between organizational learning and each aspect of empowerment. The statistical population comprises 115 NAJA staff commanders (brigadier generals and higher ranks). Group sampling method was used for selection of the statistical sample, and it thus provided 42 subjects. Results suggest that aspects of organizational learning and empowerment exist among NAJA commanders and managers; therefore, NAJA is a learning organization. They also reveal that there is a direct and significant relation between organizational learning and empowerment.
