A Comprehensive Pattern for the Meritorious Management System in State Executive Organs

Any society undoubtedly requires effective, meritorious management for progress and development. This point has always been considered by the Supreme Leader of Iran. He has reminded all walks of life, especially the justice-oriented government, of this issue with his insight and wise. Evidently, position of the government as the top state executive institution is a special; and there is a need for noticing establishment of a meritorious management system at the governmental level. This article is indented to fulfill the aims of the Supreme Leader and help establishment of the meritorious management system in state executive institutions. The article, besides defining concepts and levels of merit, explains elements and patterns for individual and organizational merits. Furthermore, a comprehensive pattern for the meritorious management system at the governmental level has been set; and a suggested structure for establishment of meritorious management system in executive organs has been developed.
