Investigating the Obstacles and Limits to Implementation of E-Supervision at Inspection Organizations
This study aims to investigate the obstacles and limits to implementation of e-supervision at inspection organizations. To this end, such obstacles as technical, educational, systemic, cultural and legal – executive have been discussed. Results suggest that educational and legal limits are the most important ones to implementing of e-supervision. Cultural awareness and managers and personnel's essential recognition of limits to utilization of the system for human resources planning are indeed the strengths and driving force for employing this supervisory means. Likewise, results of the variance analysis test for group comparisons of the five limits to four occupational positions, three age levels, three levels of service background and four educational levels were not significant.
