Evaluation of NAJA’s Preperation in Allocation of Organizational Knowledge (Case Study of NAJA Inspection)
Allocation of knowledge is to share people’s knowledge and information in the organization and to utilize everyone’s knowledge in order to improve the goals of the organization. In order to do so, in this study with the goal of the evaluation of the impact of knowledge’s allocation in NAJA Inspection the questionnaires which are evaluated and improved in a pre-exam by the elites are used. Statistical population of the study is managers and the staff of NAJA Inspection and the sampling procedure because of limitation of statistical population is census. The way of the study is description of measurement and to evaluate hypotheses a monosample exam is used. The results show that information technology and cultural factors are at good situation but those of individual and organizational are not; so it is suggested that to improve the situation on these factors there should be more investment on training and retraining of the staff at present situation of the organization.
