Substitute Training for Managers and Commanders in NAJA; Dimensions and Evaluation of Credibility Based on Analysis of Exploratory and Confirmatory Factors
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate substitute training based on analysis of exploratory and confirmatory factors; to do so substitute training's questionnaire based on substituting programming patterns of William Ryth Vel (2010) has been completed by 616 managers and commanders. Using exploratory and confirmatory statistical ways, important factors of substitute training has been reidentified and improved in military atmosphere. The results of exploratory factor refer to five general and strategic factors including shared motivation, the way of implementation, guaranty of implementation, organizational preparation, and organizational capital. The outcome variance has been 30% and the results of confirmatory factors refer to appropriate value of first and the second rank of effective factors according to theoretical rules.
