Value-Based and Culture Cultivating Factors of Management and Leadership in the Life of our Prophet and Holy Imams

Regarding the importance and the place if Islamic outlook toward management and leadership in organizations and importance of development of this system of management, in this paper it is tried to answer one of the important questions: Can life and tradition of our prophet and holy Imams be the pattern to be used in all areas of organizational systems? In order to answer this question regarding the sayings and presenting examples of Muhammad the prophet's management and that of Imam Ali, using valid documents and Hadises from Shie' and Sunni sources, effective and value-based factors in management has been identified and in one qualitative research and using descriptive way of research which is based on library study and analysis of the documents has been discussed and their role and importance in obtaining the organizational outcome has been highlighted. The result of the study introduces the nine factors that are important in the process of management and leadership in organization.
