The Impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Human Resource Productivity in the NAJA Police Headquarters (Case Study: Tehran NAJA Staff)
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a general concept that improves organization continuously, with the Staff Optimizing Process and focusing on customer needs, and the implementation of Total quality management plays an important role in the performance and productivity of companies and organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Total quality management on human resource productivity in the Prevention Police Headquarters of NAJA in Tehran. In this research, the method used by purpose is practical and by base of collection, is descriptive and analytical.Required data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS23 software with using OLS method. The statistical population is the human resources of the Tehran Police Prevention Headquarters which were selected by simple random sampling. Research findings show that factors affecting human resource productivity: total quality management, leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, employee identification and training, empowerment and teamwork, quality analysis, quality assurance and the effects of quality improvement have a positive relationship with productivity, among these factors, quality improvement and comprehensive quality management were more positively correlated with regression coefficients of 0.66 and 0.64 than other factors. Therefore, due to the organizational position of Prevention Police of NAJA in the security system of the country, establishing a total quality management system and identifying its dimensions for better and more efficient management in order to increase productivity and effectiveness are inevitable.
