Investigate the relationship between managers' quantum management skills and staff readiness for organizational change
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' quantum management skills and staff readiness for organizational change at faculties of Tehran University. The method of the research is the practical purpose and data collection, descriptive from correlation type. The statistic population consisted of all staff of the faculties of the University of Tehran in the year 1396 – 97. According to the latest statistics, there are 1419 . 302 peoples were selected . Sampling method in this study is a proportional volume sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made quantum management skills questionnaire and a staff readiness questionnaire for organizational change, Crigel and Brandt (1997) have been used. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, content validity were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was also evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.92) quantum skills and staff readiness for organizational change of (0.88). The findings showed: 1) The status of all components of quantum skills of managers, in addition to the quantum computing component that is at the average of the hypothesized mean of research, is in all dimensions above the hypothesized mean of research. 2) The condition of staff readiness for organizational change is above the hypothetical average of the research, except for the components of optimism, risk and compatibility that have no significant difference with the hypothesized mean of research. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between managerial quantum management skills and employee readiness for organizational change (r = 0.64, P≤0.01)
