Change Management Training in the Health System by Role Playing Method
Transformation is the impalpable process of mixing ideas, beliefs and traditional behaviors, matching organizations with the up to date phenomena, through a series of actions and pending steps. In this way must be use of a programmed plan to improve organizational performance. Change is a learning process that must be learned by nurses and especially nursing administrators therefor role playing method is one of the best ways to learn change management.
This is a review study that is conducted based on online resources including (PuBMed, Google Scholar, Magiran, and Sciences Direct), library resources over the years 2003 and 2017.
Nursing managers need to good nursing diagnosis to health care. In the role- playind mehod, nureses will be able to identify issues by accepting their role and participating in the discussion. Change will be occurs by participation and debate about the issues. Role play can be effective in empowering person’s managerial skills. Some Studies suggest that this method is worthwhile and effective in teaching.

change is an important component in health system.one of the best methods for change management training is role playing. Applying role-based learning to education makes people more aware of the ethical issues and act integrationaly.
