“Orphans” and their Issues from Quran and Traditions Viewpoint

“Orphans” and their rights are of important social issues. According to multilateral importance of “orphans” and the priority of Quran’s Verses and Innocents’ traditions in order to survey Islam, the present paper seeks to represent some related concepts and subjects to “orphans” by a more precise viewpoint. Accordingly, besides studying the meaning of “orphan”, (some) Verses of Quran and Innocents’ traditions in which the assignments and responsibilities upon orphans are declared and surveyed. “Orphans” from Islam’s viewpoint – in a greater circle – include left individuals from religion and religious law.
