Prioritization of Factors Affecting the Lack of Seatbelts use in Rural
Fasten Seat belts is an undeniable necessity, because in some countries, according to statistics per 100000 vehicles 340 drivers or passengers lose their lives. The main cause of death in a car accident is a driver or passenger who is thrown out that in this way greatly increases the risk of death. Thus, the lack of seatbelt use as one of the most important challenges in safety and traffic issues rose. This issue in the urban public transport such as buses, is of double importance. Because in the event of an accident, there is increasing number of high occupant fatalities and casualties.Thus, in this paper, the essential factors influencing seat belt use motivation in suburban bus seatbelt use has been evaluated. The search methods include case studies and questionnaire survey on the population of about 400 people in Markazi, Lorestan and Qom, The results indicate that the safety belts with %25 is the first, the lack of a penalty with %23 in second , bus safety with 14 % in the third, destroyed seatbelts by %12 in fourth , type of belt with 11 % in fifth, uncertainty with correct performance with 7 % in the sixth , and ensure from corporate travelers with 6 % to %7 and the last is the skills of the driver with %2.
