In the process of isolation and marginalization of the periphery of the land, the characteristics of the land are dimmed. The issue of interest in southeastern Iran is that peripheral areas are considered as one of the most prominent spatial inequalities in terms of development in the country. Because of their remoteness and distraction and marginality, and especially the disruption of its territorial space, the rest The country has made the region very small in scale, making the province one of the most deprived provinces in the country. Therefore, the objectives of this research can be summarized as follows: Ideal goal: Achieving sustainable security in Sistan and Baluchestan province. General objective Appropriate grounding for achieving a balance and balance between the two sides of the country with increasing levels. Security, Particular objective Assessing security in general terms with regard to the research approach. The present research is based on the purpose of scientific research and is based on the nature and method of descriptive-analytical method. The nature of the data used is small and is a way of collecting data and information from the field and documents. The writing framework can be based on the interrelationship between security indicators in the economic, political, military and social dimensions, data collection through library studies and field research (interviewing), and the preparation of a questionnaire. In the overall survey of security indicators in each city, Fnvj, Delgan, Zabul, Qasrkand and Mehrestan (Zabali) have the highest levels of security and the lowest risk, respectively. For each city, in terms of military, social, economic and political security, Overall security has been gained. Military security and social security, with the criteria set out, because of their close relationship with each other and with regard to the research approach, can look different and out of the general view on the issue of security. The remarkable point is that the results of the AHP technique, as stated, are between zero and one. Now in this research, given the existing indicators, the closer the coefficients are to the nearest, the target city is at higher risk and therefore has less security. Based on the results obtained in the field of military security, Fenjj, Qasrkand, Zabol, Mehrestan (Zabali) and Zahak have the highest level of security and the lowest risk according to the priority of the cities. In the area of ​​social security of Fnoj, Delfan, Qasrkand, Mehrestan (Zaboli) and Zahak cities and in the economic security of Fnoj, Qasrkand, Mehrestan (Zabuli), Zabul and Konarak cities and in the political security of Zabol, Delgan, Nimroz, Zahak And Mesterand (Zaboli) are more secure in the order of priority than other cities.
