Physical vulnerability assessment of regional hospitals in Mashhad based on IHWP model

The main subject of this research is that wether the vulnerability evaluation of hospital with regional function is effective in efficiency raising of that centers and mitigating damages due to eraerthquake? Similar to hospital bildings standards, the purpose of thease hospitals with regional function is hospitals with more than 200 sickbed. And it is abe to give therapeutic services to cities around it. Services to cities around it. There are only 12 hospital with these conditions in Mashhad city with contain: shariaty, farabi, mosabne jafar, hefdah shahrivar, shahid hasheminezhad, hejazi, razavi, shahid kamyab, atresh, emam reza, ebne sina, ghaem. Mashhad as one of the population. Productive, service and tourist centers inviromental economic, social and juridical with other citiese on it. Shows the high importance of this region from the urban and state. View point in this research the vulnerability of hospital with regional function of Mashhad against earthquake is detected using indicators such as fault, liquefaction potential regions, building density, population density, and water utilities, power utilities, gaz utilities, width of the road, bilding elevation and land use via merging of information and maps based on IHWP. The result of research shows that regarding in the atresh, emam reza, ghaem, emam reza, shahid kamyab and farabi Hospitals are mentioned indicator appropriate, the mosabne jafar, hefdah shahrivar, ebne sina and hejazi are normal and the shahid hasheminezhad and razavi Hospitals are not appropriate.
