Knowledge Management: Link Between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior
The present study evaluates effects of Transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with emphasis on the role of mediator Knowledge management of Employee working in insurance Companies. This is a collection of quantitative data and the process of doing research is a descriptive – survey. Statistic population included of experts working in insurance Companies that using a census method and Cochran formula, 102 selected as the sample size. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) approach and Smart PLS software was conduct. The results indicate a positive and significant impact of Transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and Knowledge management. On the other hand, positive and significant impact of Knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, Mediating Role of Knowledge management in the relationship between Transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.
