Personal Brand Development Model of Management Consultants
Aims and goal:
Management consulting is a service to help organizations increase productivity, and making good use of consultants' experiences will reduce the costs of trial and error. Due to the importance of marketing consulting services, this study aimed to identify the factors influencing the promotion of management consultants personal brand and model of management consultants personal brand.
The present study is a descriptive research in terms of purpose and is an applied- survey research in terms of it’s used type. The research variables were measured by a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of 15 experts in the field of consulting. These were selected by purposeful judgment.
Based on the results of the data analysis with confirmatory factor analysis, the factors influencing consultants' personal brand promotion were categorized into four categories: individual, occupational, environmental- social and technological.
Developing and maintaining a personal brand enables consultants to outperform their competitors in the field of professional competition and create a competitive advantage by investing in the aforementioned four factors.
