Abstract:
The purpose of this research is Design of HR Strategies Development Strategies Model of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research is mix methodology. The members of the statistical community in the qualitative section were 13 human resource management personnel of the Naval Army, 10 of whom participated in the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) in order to determine the most relevant research in the first step with the researcher In the second step, every 13 people evaluated the panel as checklist by the researcher to determine the most important indicators of human resources strategies. The members of the statistical community in the small part also included 128 Army Navy managers who were selected through simple random sampling. In order to analyze the research in the qualitative section, a Critical Appraisal Skills Program was used based on the scale of 50 points and Delphi Analysis. In the quantitative part, the fit of the model was used by Amos software. The results of the research in the qualitative section confirmed the three main components including structural, value and Extra-organization strategies, and 9 sub-components and 29 indicators. In the small part of the results, the design of the designed model is well-established in terms of statistical criteria and the relevance of all the main components and sub-components in the range of 1.96 to -1.96 is confirmed. Based on these results, the designed model can be used as the future HRD strategies used by the Navy.
