Factors Affecting Social Skills Improvement in Rahvar Police
Improving the social skills of traffic police and the police community, promising a new chapter in social relationships and developing mutual cooperation with people in the context of urban traffic regulation.
Social skills are a set of accepted and accepted behaviors that enable a traffic police to interact with others and prevent citizens from engaging in socially unreasonable social responses.This research is aimed at studying the factors of four (economic, social, environmental and psychological) factors affecting the promotion of social skills of traffic police, which have been done in terms of research type and survey method. The statistical population of the research has been compiled by the police of Tehran, a large police force from 5 districts of North, South, East, West and Center. The sample size of people was selected using random cluster sampling. For data analysis, statistical tests and factor analysis have been used. The findings of this research show that the economic, social, nvironmental, and psychological factors of 91 percent increase the social skills of the Tehran police corps police, and this change is positive and significant.
