Identification and ranking performance evaluation components of Talents National Iranian Oil Company
According to competitive environments; demand for talents is rising, but most organizations are struggling to maintain Talents. In this regard, the system of Competency-based performance assessment in maintaining talent is a requirement. The purpose of this paper was to identify and rank the components of the evaluation of the performance of talents. This research was carried out at the National Iranian Oil Company and the data collection tool was a questionnaire distributed among 223 managers, experts and employees. The results showed that the components of evaluation of talent performance include leadership competencies, problem solving, communication, and teamwork, technical and technical, planning and organizing, exposure to pressure, flexibility, innovation and customer orientation.
