The Influence of Personality Characteristics of Khoram Abad Relief Committee Staff on their Job Performance Hossein Agha Babakhani (Master of Education Management and Social Worker Assistant of Khorramabad Relief Committee) Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of personality characteristics of Khoramabad Relief Committee staff on their performance. The research method is descriptive. The population consisted of 118 staff members of Khorramabad city relief committee. Sample size was selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table (70 males and 48 females). The NEO five-factor personality characteristics questionnaire consisted of 60 items including neuroticism, extraversion, resilience, agreeableness, responsibility and conscientiousness; It has been used to measure employees' job performance. Findings showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between neuroticism and extraversion, adaptation, agreeableness, and conscientiousness with the job performance of Khoramabad Relief Committee staff.
