Studying the Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Human Resource Improvement with Personnel Productivity of one erea of the province( Bandar abbas)

Abstract:
Organizational life and personal life are interdependent. Employees are the most important asset of an organization that play a pivotal role in the evolution of the organization. In the past, the emphasis was only on the employee's personal life but today, improving the quality of working life has become one of the main goals of the organization. The main objective of this research is determining the relationship between the quality of work life and the Improvement of human resources with Personnel productivity in one erea of the province( Bandar abbas).The method of this study is descriptive and its population consisted of all Personnel (417 staff) of one erea of the province( Bandar abbas). The sample size was calculated for 200 people based on Cochran formula by using randomly –category sample selected according to the population of the study. For data collection three questionnaires of quality of working life (Nekouei), Improvement of human resources (the researcher’s made), and productivity (Achive) have been used and their reliability has obtained by using Cronbach's alpha, respectively, 0/87, 0/93 and 0/93. The collected data was analyzed from the Pearson correlation tests, Spearman and multivariate regression by using SPSS software. The results show there is an outstanding relationship between all the aspects of the quality of working life and all the aspects of the improvement of human resources and Personnel productivity in one erea of the province
