Investigating tourism development of Bandar Anzali, with using Delphi model

the purpose of this study is investigating the environmental impacts of coastal sustainable tourism in Anzali port city. Nowadays, tourism activity is one of the major sources of income for Bandar Anzali population, which certainly will continue to grow in the future decades. In this research, according to the subject and its theoretical issues, the survey method, used which is one of the most important quasi-empirical methods and has a great application in social and human research, and then statistical tools and techniques applied for classifying, Sampling, coding and analyzing and finally Delphi model was used for providing effective strategy and proper planning. because this research assessed and recognize development of tourism in Bandar Anzali, and provided effective strategies for improving it, based on its specific goals, is functional, and the rate of tourism growth damages to the anzali environment, has been high at 37.3%. Finally, measuring changes of city from tourists perspective who traveled to this city for several times showed that 44.4% of tourists believed that changes in the city are better than before. In terms of tourism facilities, in this city's regions, 54.4 percent of the experts believes that this city facilities is in average level.
