The test of spiritual leadership model on Sport Commitment, Sport Satisfaction and Productivity with calling mediator and membership mediator in individual and team sports
In this research, the aim of the test of spiritual leadership model on sport commitment, sport satisfaction and productivity was calling and membership in individual and team sports. The statistical population included 409 athletes. . The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of correlation method. For descriptive analysis of the data, descriptive statistics were used and for deductive analysis of the data, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (for determining the reliability of the components of the questionnaire), KMO, and Bright Bartlett (for determining the sampling adequacy), factor analysis of the main components (for determining the structural validity), and structural equations (for model testing) were used. The data collection tool was a 40-item questionnaire of Fry's Spiritual Leadership (2016), 56 questions of Chelladurai sports satisfaction (1998), and 58 questions of Scanlan's sports commitment (2015). Based on the results, spiritual leadership in both individual and team sports has a positive and significant relationship with sport commitment, sport satisfaction and efficiency. Also, in both individual and team sports, the presence of mediating variables gives better fit and Two variables of sense of membership and self-actualization have been introduced as the mediator of the spiritual leadership effect on these three variables.
